Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Ericeira Sunset Lifestyle website (the “Service”) operated by us. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

By submitting a reservation request through our website, you are making an offer to book a property for the selected dates. A booking is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our discretion.

2. Payments

Payment details and schedules will be communicated to you during the booking confirmation process. Full payment must be received before your check-in date. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.

We recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance.

Host Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund. We will not be liable for any other costs associated with the cancellation.

4. Guest Responsibilities

The individual who makes the booking is responsible for all guests in their party. You agree to:

• Keep the property and its contents in the same condition as at the beginning of your stay.
• Not exceed the maximum number of guests permitted for the property.
• Respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.
• Report any damage or breakages immediately. You will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacements.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property of guests during their stay. We are not responsible for any failure of public services like water or electricity.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
